The BMS of electric vehicles has energy exchange relationships with both the motor and the charger at high voltage; in terms of communication, it has information exchange with the charger during the charging process, and has the most detailed information exchange with the vehicle controller during the entire application process.
5. Different performance and design
Power lithium batteries focus more on charging and discharging power, requiring fast charging rate, high output power, and vibration resistance. They especially emphasize high safety and high energy density to achieve long-term endurance, as well as lightweight requirements in terms of weight and volume; The preparation of energy storage lithium batteries emphasizes battery capacity, especially operational stability and service life, and considers battery module consistency. In terms of battery materials, attention should be paid to expansion rate and energy density, and uniformity of electrode material performance, in order to pursue long life and low cost of overall energy storage equipment.
