How to overcome the low-temperature of  lithium battery ?

"Under low temperature conditions, the chemical reaction rate inside the battery slows down and the movement speed of ions in the electrolyte decreases, which affects the lithium battery's charge and discharge efficiency. In addition, low temperatures may also cause changes in the material structure inside the battery, thereby affecting the battery's performance and life."
