Heltec 8S battery active balancer has a full-disk balancing function, which can automatically balance the battery pack without priority, and also has an automatic low-voltage sleep function. When the voltage difference reaches 0.1V, the balancing current is about 0.5A, the maximum balancing current can reach 5A, and the minimum voltage difference can be balanced to about 0.01V. This product is suitable for ternary lithium and lithium iron phosphate batteries and has over-discharge protection function. The battery voltage display supports real-time monitoring of the voltage of the entire battery pack and the voltage of the single cell, with an accuracy of about 5mV. The circuit board adopts a three-proof coating, which has excellent insulation, moisture-proof, leak-proof, shock-proof, dust-proof, corrosion-proof, anti-aging, anti-corona and other characteristics, effectively protecting the circuit and improving the safety and reliability of the product.

Working principle, the capacitor fit transfers the charge mover. Connected the balancer to the battery, and the balancing will started. The original new ultra-low internal resistance MOS, 2OZ copper thickness PCB.

Max Balancing current 5.5A, the more balanced the battery, the smaller the current, with manual sleep switch, sleep current mode is less than 0.1mA, the balance voltage accuracy is within 5mv.

With under-voltage sleep protection, the voltage will stop automatically when the voltage is lower than 3.0V, and the standby power consumption is less than 0.1mA.
